Mr. Chambers received two undergraduate degrees from the University of Utah in 1981. The degrees are a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Management. Mr. Chambers is a CFA charterholder (CFA) of The CFA Institute, an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and is a member of The Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). He has participated in several hundred formal appraisals since joining D/C's predecessor in 1995. He has passed the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice exam, is a member of the ESOP Association, and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and the Houston Society of Financial Analyst (HSFA).

Mr. Chambers first performed external appraisals in association with Chadwick, Chambers & Associates, Inc., a regional Merchant Banking firm in 1992. In addition to working on valuation projects for the firm, he was involved in the direct financial assistance of a company in which associates of Chadwick Chambers & Associates, Inc. held substantial equity interests.

Since joining D/C, Mr. Chambers has participated in several hundred valuation projects of corporations, partnerships, intellectual property, and restricted shares. He has also served as an expert witness.
