Paula F. Lindsey, ASA

Ms. Lindsey holds a B.A. in finance and an M.B.A., both from Oklahoma State University. While working on her M.B.A., she taught undergraduate courses in Finance and Introductory Investments at OSU.

Since joining Davis/Chambers & Company, Ltd. in December 1999, Ms. Lindsey has performed over 200 valuations of small business and family limited partnerships. In 2003, she became an Accredited Senior Appraiser  (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers.

Ms. Lindsey began her career in Houston, Texas with two subsidiaries of W. R. Grace & Co., HOMCO International and Hughes Drilling Fluids. She developed analysis and business reviews in the areas of budget/planning, operations, materials management and acquisitions.

Since 1986, Ms. Lindsey has consulted with management in a variety of industries. She has acted as Interim Director of Finance for a financially troubled home health care company, evaluated acquisitions for both buyers, and sellers and written investment memorandums for the consolidation of companies in the energy services, appliance parts and precision machining industries.

Ms. Lindsey is married and has one child. She is a member of Second Baptist Church and volunteers with Junior Achievement and Girl Scouts of South Texas.
